Why did the wisest man look at everything as vanity? We have learned that it's sometimes okay to say no to others, but do you know how to say no to yourself? To deny yourself of things that you can do. Choosing delayed gratification instead of instant gratification. This is something our generation seems to struggle with. Scriptural Ref: Ecc. 2:9-10, 5:10-12. Do you give in to every impulse, desire and pleasure? Exercising restraint and denial is godly.
